Dear Vaibhav,
The Governor of Maharashtra signed an ordinance approving the 16% reservation for Socially and Economically Backward classes on May 20th. So it will be in effect from this accademic year hence it is not possible to predict whether you will be able to get a medical seat since there is no previous data to compare with.
