Hello,
As per the eligibility criteria specified by NTA fro neet the qualifying marks are:
The marks to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45%
So, if you belong to the UR category you are not eligible to take the exam as aggregate of PCB are to be considered and since it is not 50% you cannot take the exam.
You can apply for improvement exam and them take neet exam.
