Hello,
With 520 marks your expected rank will be 39425 - 50575 ,UP has very high cut-offs for instance in 2019 the least marks required to secure a GMC seat for OBC category under 85% state quota was 573 marks in Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich hence your marks are comparatively less for GMC through state quota.
Cut-offs change every year based on various factors like top NEET score, seat matrix, difficulty level of paper, number of candidates appearing etc.

Hey dear, cutoff varies year to year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks found it hard to get govt. Mbbs colleges. With 520 marks you may have chances in govt. Colleges under state quota for sure as you belong to obc category, but in all india quota it is difficult to tell for now, but stay tune to the counselling.
