i scored 526 rank in tsicet 2020, from oc and am still a degree final year student, did not get my final result yet, can i get a seat in the counselling?

As per your question, yes you can apply for this as you will get your final result. Whenever you get your result they will ask you for proof then show them at time. While you can apply in this TSICET as per your category and apply for colleges as per your rank. You will get colleges as per your rank as :-
1) Badruka College Post Graduate Center
2) University College of Engineering (Osmania Engineering University)
3) School of Information Technology, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad
4) Nizam College
5) JNTUH College of Engineering, Hyderabad
These are the colleges which you may get as per your rank in TSICET as per OC category.
