Hi
You do have little chance to get government medial college in Maharashtra through 85 percent state quota
But please consider the fact that cutoff has been increasing every year depending upon number of seats available, number of candidates and exam difficulty.
With 543 you have chance to get government medical college by second round, but chances are on the edge.
