Dear Drashyaa,
You have got a decent score and may have a chance to get a govt medical College. Will you drop in the comment section what is your domicile state and if you are preferring BDS over MBBS so that I could suggest colleges accordingly. So please mention your domicile state in any case

Btw I m not preferring BDS over MBBS but I don't think so I can get any govt. Seat in MBBS in this rank
There is a govt medical College in Haryana whose cut off for state Quota was 506 which is way less than 546 for the year 2018. Though keep in mind that there are chances that cut off fluctuates but I would dare say that you have a shot to get govt medical College

And there are so many medical colleges in other state whose AIQ cut off for 2019 is less than 546. Please I would request you to go through both the sites and be well informed. I would hate to see a deserving candidate not get a medical seat just because he or she was less informed. You may have a fair chance to get MBBS seat via AIQ as well at a score of 546

Can I apply for other states Mbbs seat in Neet and through which counseling.. People say that you cannot apply for it as you don't have domicile for that state
