Hello there,
Hope you are doing well .See,as of now it's very difficult to predict the exact cut-offs as they keep changing every year depending on various factors like no. of students appeared, difficulty level of the question paper ,seat matrix and overall performance of the students . But we can have an idea of your probability of getting selected into your desired medical college based on previous year's cutoff scores and ranks through State quota .
From your profile ,I see that you belong from Uttar Pradesh . In 2020 , the cutoff for a government MBBS seat in UP was a score of 611 and a closing AIR of 14949.
So as of now it doesn't seem possible as of now that you'll get a government MBBS seat .
However,9 new medical colleges have been inaugurated in UP this year by our respectable PM Narendra Modi Ji. Hence , the state cutoff is expected to decrease as compared to 2020.
It's advisable to you that you get your counselling done once it commences eventhough the chances of you getting a government medical college is thin. IF you are thinking of preparing for NEET 2022 ,you can start it from now as not much time is left for the exam .

Dear Student,
There is no chancer that you can get any government college with all India counselling in the general category, moreover you can try state counselling of your state, there might be a chance that you can get some of the government college.
Still if you are from Uttar Pradesh then there also chances are very low because in UP cutoffs are normally high, you need to cross the score of 620 for the safe side.
For more data of cutoff you can visit to this link and find the suitable college for yourself according to your rank.
