Yes of course you are eligible for advanced .

Because the cut off for sc category is 54.0128155

So accordingly you can give jee advanced.

But i read only top 2,50,000 students give the jee advance exam.

It is overall not top .
Near about 1.1 lakhs from general and rest from other all the categories.
