Congratulations for your score at first. You have not mentioned your category, so assuming it to be General category, you have a fair chance of getting admission into a government medical college in UP via your state domicile under 85% state quota reservation. However, the All India Quota cut off for General category in 2018 was 546 in 1st and 536 in 2nd round counseling respectively. So, I would suggest you to register yourself for the 15% All India Quota counseling, to stay on a safer side.All the best for your counseling ahead.
