Hello Payasi, Well, you haven't stated your category here though. So, it would be tough to suggest government colleges to you. If you are from general category, you can get colleges like U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah, and Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow.
