Sorry at this rank you can't get any NIT'S, IIIT'S.
But don't get upset, at this score you can get good private colleges. So go for it.

Hi Shivalaya,
With the marks you have achieved your rank is something greater than 1lakh 50 thousand and the cut off for NITs go till 80k at maximum be it on OBC or home state quota. You can go state JEE counselling or apply for state JEE examinations and try there or you can take up private colleges if you have appeared for any.
