Your score 586 marks in NEET in unreserved category is a good marks no doubt.

Last year cut off last year 2019 cut off for DMC Ludhiana was:-for open category-553,

For OBC:-467

For SC:-352

so according to the cutoff for 2019 expected that your marks is good for getting a MBBS seat in DMC Ludhiana.
