i scored 60 marks and my rank is 21000 im an oc candidate can i get free seat in b pharm collages hyd??

60 marks is very low for getting a free seat in b pharm, but according to you rank and category you can get some relaxation on fees as b pharm colleges do not give free seats for low scores
