I scored 60.25 general AIR 17478 & 144 in St category.Will I get admission in any NLUs

Yes, You have very high chance that you can get admission into few NLUs such as PSNLU AP, RMLNLU, MNLU etc. Since Cutoff for these colleges was above 20,000+ AIR Rank. So you have very decent chance to get admission there.
