Imran, you haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, with a score of 605, your All India Rank range is probably 5692-7580. With this score, you might not get AIIMS Delhi but you do have chances in branches like Guntur, Bibi Nagar,Jodhpur, Bhubhaneshwar, Raipur or Raibbareli. As there is no limit to the no.of choices you can fill in AIQ Counselling, please do opt for these College in Choice filling. Also select MAMC, UCMS, VMMC. You might also have good chances in AFMC. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year.
