610 is a pretty good score to get a good college, however since you haven't mentioned the category which you belong to, I am assuming you to be a General one. Based on previous years cut offs, it will be difficult to get a seat through 15% All India Quota. However, for example, if you eligibility for 85% State Quota for Delhi, your odds of acquiring a seat in Delhi will greatly increase.
Last year, the cut off score was 555 marks and the candidate secured a seat under OBC category in University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi. Under 15% All India Quota, the cut off was 649 marks for the same. Also, the cut offs this year are expected to increase due to overwhelming competition. I would like to emphasize that with an amazing score of 610 marks out of 720, you will be eligible for seats in good government medical colleges all over India. I hope I've answered your query.
All the very best for his future endeavors.
Dear Sir/ Ma'm, a score of 610 is an overwhelming score indeed. With this score you can definitely get any college of your choice in the All India Quota counseling. Make sure you fill your choices carefully as that is what matters at the end. Hope this helps.
