I scored 62% marks in class 9 ( due to some reasons) so can am I eligible for kvpy sa stream?

Yes , totally you can give KVPY SA examination in your class 11 if you scored 62 percent in your class 9 examination , your class 9 result does not matter in KVPY exam only class 10 result matter ,which is just an eligibility criteria .You need atleast 75 % in class 10 boards exam to be eligible for KVPY SA(65% if you are ST/SC/OBC).
Only science stream students are eligible(PCM/PCB/PCMB) for KVPY exam .
