Dear aspirant
You are not eligible for BDS or any courses which admission are taken through the NEET as you haven't scored more than qualifying marks of NEET 2020. The qualifying marks for St category is 113/720 in NEET2020. So you hadn't qualified the neet exam so you are not eligible for BDS course in india or foreign either. You should at least get qualifying marks to get admission in MBBS BDS BAMS BHMS etc. You can prepare for next year NEET 2021 and then qualify it and can take admission.

I'm sorry to mention that with the above mentioned marks you are not even qualified the entrance exam neet.
It is highly impossible you to get seat in dental college with just 70 marks.
As u belonging to st category you need to atleast cross a score of 430+ to get dental college....for safer site you can get more one.
Hence,no chances at all for getting seat...work hard better luck next time...
