Yes, dear Rashmi, you can apply for DU but does not get direct college through 66%. So you have to give the entrance exam for DU colleges and the minimum cutoff for DU entrance exam for B.COM/BA is 45% in 12th. You are totally eligible for the entrance exam, prepared well and get good marks and get your dream college.
