Boards marks are important only for being eligible for medical seats. They otherwise don't carry any weightage. Based on your rank, it would not be possible to get a government seat, not even in category. You may try for private colleges.

151 marks are very less to get govt seat. Even the chances to get a private seat are less. But you may try in management qouta. There are chances to get seat. All the best

Hello

Sorry but based upon your scores the chances are less to get a govt medical college. The competition level is very high and you need to have a better score to secure your seat in any medical college either govt or private

You may try for management quota seat but it depends upon availability of seats
