I scored 76% in 10th (cbse) 88.8% in 12th(Maharashtra board) & higher second class in B.com , Am i eligible for IIM colleges.??

With your percentages mentioned you are eligible for IIMs as they ask 50% as min weightage but in the later stage when each of your marks are evaluated with different weightages for different colleges then you might be facing a problem with low aggregate score. To overcome that problem aim for a very high percentile in CAT exam. Even after high percentile you might not get call from colleges like IIM Indore who keeps their first list call cut off almost all in 10th and 12th but you will have decent enough chance to get a call from other IIMs.

You can get iim but the new ones like sirmour Jammu if you are getting 95 above percentile

Look CAT needs 50% at your graduation... So if you have that then you are eligible...
