As you have mentioned that you have secured a seat in the college in the 2nd round and considering that you don't want it. So let me tell you that if there are more rounds to happen than you can go for those rounds to get a better option but if it's the last round then I would recommend you to not to report to the college simply. Your seat will get cancelled automatically.
