I scored 78% in 12th std .can i get admission in delhi for bsc chem.hon and in which college

Yes their are some reputed colleges in delhi where you can complete your Bsc. chemistry in hons. refer the list given below:-
1. st. stephen college, delhi
2. Hansraj college
3. Delhi university
4. Hindu college

and cut off these college is very high..and i belong to general category .can it possibe to take admission in these colleges with only 78%
