i scored 78%,95%,90%,90% in my highschool.i scored 1550 in my sat.how are my chances of getting into Carnegie Mellon for undergraduation.i feel like my score is not so good.i have few extracurricular activities.i didn't qualify for kvpy,ntse,iit etc.so how are my chances for undergraduation in cmu?

Well the grades seem decent enough to apply. Also the sat score is good too. Whatever extra curricular activities that you have should be submitted. Get a good recommendations from your academic counselor. Frame a beautiful and honest motivation letter and submit the best that you can as a whole application. I think this will do.
