With your XAT percentile you can definitely get a call from XSRM as they require a minimum of 80 percentile in XAT. Moreover there isn't a huge competition for the rural management program of XUB so with a little hard work you can get through.
The placements of XSRM are also decent and the average compensation package offered there is nearly 5-6 lakhs and the program is well reputed among corporates. Most of the organizations recruit for the CSR roles only.
