candidates whose family income is less than 2 lakh per annum is eligible for scholarship , however if you have qualified in gate exam and are applying for mtech you are eligible to get scholarship provides by mhrd, gate scholarship is around 12, 400 , you may also follow the below link to know about anna university scholarship schemes,
