The official cutoff of JEE Mains will be released long with the final results after the April Mains. The NTA will announce category wise cutoffs then. But you can still check your estimated rank using the formula (100-your total percentile)*869010/100. So with this percentile, you estimated All India rank is around 1,21,000. Now, if the number of candidates giving the exam in April increase, you rank will go higher up.
Well, yes with that percentile, you might be able to get some GFTIs like (Mentioning refering to Other State quota) -

You can calculate your rank in JEE Main Paper 1 using the formula:
Rank = (100-percentile)*(No. of students appeared for the examination)/100
As the no. of students appeared for Paper 1 (Jan) are around 869000, your rank will be around 122000. However as the no. of students in April changes, your rank will change according to that.
With this rank, there are less chances of getting admission into a NIT/IIIT through general rank. Here is the list of some government colleges which you may get with this rank:
