First thing you need to understand that you are going to invest one year for your career. If at this point you loose patience and take admission in some college then once in the future you may gonna regret that if you would dropped a year then the scenario might be something else. If you haven't taken any coaching classes in 11th and 12th then it's a plus point. This you should join one. Atleast join a test series, it will help a lot.
It totally depends on you , if you are eager to study Medicine then take a drop and prepare for it.
If you are not so eager and enthusiastic about medicine or dentistry then pursue other courses.
Choose the path of your choice. Whatever you choose you have to commit to it. Most of the courses are a long journey of 3-5 years so choose wisely.
