As you are changing your stream from science to arts some colleges in DU deduct few percentage upto 5% and on an average 2.5% so if we deduct 2.5% from your percentage it become 86.5.

so as per last year cut-off general category you could get

1 motilal nehru college

2 shyam lal college

3  bharati college

4 sri guru nanak dev college

5 zakir hussian college

It depends on which category you belong to.

The cutoffs of English (hons) course are usually very high so if you are of general category, it will be difficult for you to get any du college.

just wait for the cutoffs and hope for the best.

With 89% in best four , you surely have the oppurtunity to get admission in B.A.english hons in DU ,but its hard for you to get a seat in north campus ,unless you belong to any reserved category or you have some quota. You can get admission in colleges like Maharaja agrasen college , Kalindi college ,Kamla Nehru college etc.

Sorry but with 89 % getting eng hons is nearly impossible for a genral category student…You can get psychology hons in last lists but that too is unlikely

Do fill the online registration form of du with as many courses as you can like ba prog. ba vocational etc(only rs 100 for application form )

One course you can do that is human resource management undergraduate course from college of vocational studies…if you want to make a career in HR at 89% you can get that course
