I scored 89 in mhcet 5 year law 2021.can i get admissionin gov college?

As per your query I would glad to tell you that it is very difficult to predict the odds of getting admission by marks because for every rank marks varies a lot due to large variation in the difficultly level of the exam , seat matrix of the college and number of student appearing .
