89 marks is a average score in MH CET as the marks scored in MH CET is normally high . Nothing can be said as of now. You have to wait till the merit list is released but there are some chances for you to get a government college in MH CET,  just wait for the merit list and look for another options as well as you never know about the cutoff level.
