I scored 90 in clat examination and up domicile can I get admission ipu GGSIU?

For getting admission into IPU,your Marks are not so much satisfactory it will not get you seat in any colleges under IPU,because For IPU minimum marks should be 100 + because all the colleges under IPU are very good and Government and hence,There cutoff are also high through CLAT Exam.
