I scored 90.76 in HSC Commerce. Now will it be possible for me to study law in UK and then became judge directly in Maharashtra.?
Dear Aadesh,
You will not be able to be a judge in the Maharashtra High Court for the following reasons with your law degree in UK:
- You should be a citizen of India
- You should have 10 years experience in any court in India as an advocate
- You may need to complete a Law degree in India as laws in India are different from that in UK
In the Second part of the question you amy have to do LLB in India to study Law in the UK acording to the official website of many UK Institutions
All the best
And I am OBC student.
And I want to give JMFC exam directly after my LLB in UK, is it possible?
