Hello student cut off vary every year on various factors like average passing percentage of class 12, seats offered and number of applicants.
I'm sorry to inform you but with this percentage it's difficult to get admission in DU for Bcom hons as cut off is high, even if I compare the minimum expected percentage you need to obtain in class 12 then it's around 93 - 97. 75for Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College.
