With a Percentile of 93.5 in JEE Main, your CRL will be anywhere between 69-72k and a Corresponding EWS Rank anywhere between 18-20k. At this percentile/rank considering you are GEN EWS Home State Student, you may have bleak chances in securing a seat at NIT Rourkela. You need atleast a EWS Rank of 15k or a corresponding CRL anywhere between 50-60k, to have better prospects at NIT Rourkela being from EWS Category. You must target anywhere above 95-96 Percentile over the next JEE Attempts.

Hii Aspirant,
On based last year 93.5 percentile in Jee Main Feburary your rank in general should be around 70k - 78k and your rank in EWS category will be around 10k. Under home state quote you may get a chance to get in Nit Rourkela . Nit Rourkela chances depend on the sit avaliablity also.
Hope it helps!!
