The North Campus for DU is considered one of the best since it has some of the top colleges like Hindu College, Hansraj College and St Stephen's College. Now regarding the cutoffs, the cutoffs for the top colleges in Delhi University has always been higher. It would had been better if you had mentioned the preferred stream for which you are trying for.
With the marks that you have mentioned and considering the fact that you are from general category, it will be a bit tough for you to get admission in the north campus colleges in the first shot. The first list cutoffs are way higher, you may have to wait for the last round of admissions. The vacancy for each stream is different, so on the basis of that the cutoffs are released.

Yes, you can get into Delhi University's North Campus with 93.75%, its a good percentage. Although to be fully sure wait for DU's 2020 cut off list to come out. The cut off lists will be published for each college under Delhi University throughout October and November month (October 12-November 22).
