If you are OMS candidate then you have to apply through the All India Quota during cap counseling
So according to last year cut off of All India Quota for PUMBA was around 99.8 and for XIMR was around 99.6

Institute level seats -12

As you are OMS candidate you have to apply for All Indian Quota at the time of cap round counseling.
General category seats are for students who are domicile of Maharashtra and fall in open category.
Cap round counseling is arranged by DTE at the time of JUNE. Wherein, you have to fill the form and you will get the rank and then you can fill the option form for colleges you wish to apply based on your rank and percentile
