To get admission in any IIM ,you need to write the CAT exam and score a decent percentile above 95. In the final selection into IIM there are some many factors to consider.Academics,CAT score,GD &PI and WAT.

If you perform well in all these activities,you will get the admission in IIM.

It doesn't depend only on the CAT score there is no guarantee of getting of getting admission in an IIM if you can't perform better in GD &PI.So every test in this process matters a lot.Your 10th marks is good.your intermediate and graduation marks are bit low which will make a difference but if you score well in CAT exam and perform well in GD&PI you will definitely get the admission in IIM.
