First of all let me congratulate you for having this much range of good score in the JEE mains entrance exam, since based upon your respective percentile your obtained rank will be around 43k which might can vary depending upon the variation in the category wise Cuttoff. Since you are from the SC Category then yaah you have the good chances to take over the NIT premises and for taking the CSE at NIT Trichy it might can vary depending upon the branch wise cuttoff after the declaration of results by the NTA authorities.
