Hello Aspirant!!!!
Don't be depressed child. You can easily get a good college with your marks. To be honest you won't be getting NITs, IIITs, but you surely you can try for them.
As you are an Maharastrian, here college admission process are in two ways
- MH-CET
- JEE MAINS (All India)
Also, the eligibility criteria is 50% aggregate marks in P, M, C/Vocational Subject.
The other states which accept JEE MAINS score are Gujarat, Nagaland, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Uttarakhand and Odisha.
Do not worry child and work hard for other entrance exams. All the best!!!!
First of all i would request to please calm down and don't be disheartened or depressed.Life gives lot of opportunities with time and right you are very young and lots of opportunities are waiting for you and most importantly you marks in boards as well as JEE mains are good so don't think like you have messed up because its definitely not the case and you have got good score . Now, coming to your question when it comes to admission through JEE mains, your board marks is considered only for admission in IITs,NITs,IIITs and GFTIs because one need to have 75% marks as well as jee score for admission in these top institutes.
But there are many top private colleges that offer admission only based on JEE mains score you should not worry because you will definitely get admission in some good private colleges.
Good Luck
