I scored 97 in IAT n I am in ews catagory . Can i get iiser pune or kolkata ? If not then which inst.?

Most probably 95-100 was the cut off for general for the allotment in last year.
So you have fair chances to get a seat in IISER under ews category .
A person who got 97 and a rank of 336 got IISER Tirupati which was his 5th choice.
