All the best!
First of all congratulations for your good percentile
The thing is the JEE is conducting the JEE for twice so January session is completed but where as the April session yet to be complete so actually offical information we should wait till the April session is completed but I can say that in your Chandigarh colleges will have the variation in the cutoff year by year and also it vary from category to category as well
So my suggestion for you better to write the April session as well so that if you increase your percentile you may get still best college
Good luck
