I scored a total of 42 with physics 67 and maths 72? Am I eligible for advance?

Hi aspirant

You will qualify Jee mains and you will be eligible for JEE advance.Without worrying you should start your perparation for the exam.

Usually  those who will score more than 120 they will definately write Jee advance.There might be slight change in cut off but for sure you will be eligible.

42+67+72 is enough for qualifying jee mains.
If you haven't got this much you may not qualify
