Dear aspirant,
It's hard to get any government Medical College with your Rank. But there's some options of semi government or private medical colleges that you can go for. Here's some suggestions preferable to you:
Thoothukudi Medical College, Thoothukudi
Tiruvannamalai Medical College Tiruvannamalai, TamilNadu
IRT Perundurai Medical College, Perundurai
Government sivagangai Medical College sivagangai
But with your Rank it's quite hard to get admission in previously mentioned colleges. If you can go for any dental College it would be great. Otherwise another year loss. You can get a brief idea about the cutoff of every state medical Colleges by clicking Here .
Hope you have understood. All the best.

Now I'm going to discuss about your opportunities in State quota.
We all know that without officially released cut-off details by the concerned authority, Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tamil Nadu, it's quite difficult for us to make any accurate comment regarding your admission possibilities.
Still as per our assumption and previous year's (2019) details and remembering the fact that the cut-off marks of this year will definitely get increased on account of the increasing of several important factors (like: number of appeared and successful candidates, top NEET Score, total number of allocated seats etc) responsible to determine the cut-off details of each and every college in Tamil Nadu, it can be estimated that despite being unreserved student you have enough possibilities to grab a Government MBBS seat in the following renowned and prestigious institutions through 85% Home State quota with this performance in NEET UG 2020:
