see as per the latest notifications, the eligibility criteria for neet exam for general category is,
candidates must have studied physics , chemistry and biology in 12th course. must secure aggregate of 50% score in pcb. must have studied english as a subject in 12th.
as per your score you have the aggregate marks, so you are eligible to apply.
