I secure 50 percent in class 12th but My jee mains percentile is 96.17 so any government college??

See u won't be able to get any college with the JEE MAINS criterion as u have scored ur boards marks less than the min aggregate in the boards exam i.e 75%. U should be going for private institutions for ur btech career and take the concession on the fees by the JEE MAINS marks.
