I secure 85% in 12th and GN 20000 and GL 4000 .. Can I get admission in AKGEC or KIET GZB..???

I am sorry to tell you but since your General rank will be considered during counselling, I don't think you have any chance of getting AKGEC or KIET Ghaziabad. Both of these are one of the top institutes affiliated to AKTU. You should apply for ABESEC, ABESIT instead. All the best!
