I secured 11434 rank in cusat genral category (however i am BPL,not sure why i was not considered for EWS). will i get admission to mechanical or electronics branch?

Your chances of getting mechanical engineering or electronics and communication engineering is too low.
It is very difficult to get your desired branches.
According to previous year's cut off trends you'll not get your desired branches.
But remember cut offs vary every year and depends upon many factors like
Number of Applicants, Number of Qualified Candidates, Number of Seats, Difficulty Level of CUSAT CAT 2020 and Previous Year cutoff trends as well.
