If you are getting 147 marks in JEE advanced 2020 from OBC category then congratulations you have secured a very good rank in JEE advanced from your category.
Now in JEE advanced you must have to clear the individual subject cutoff and the overall aggregate cut off. For OBC candidates the individual subject cutoff is 9% of 132 marks and 31.5 % of 396 marks as per the cutoff released by IIT Delhi this year. If you fail to qualify any of these two cutoffs criteria then you will not be qualified in jee advanced 2020.
Now assuming that you have cleared the individual subject cutoffs and is getting 147 marks, then as per the previous year stats your rank will be under 1100 from OBC category. Now this year as the total marks in increased then according to me your rank must be between 1300 to 1400 from obc category. But still it's quite a very good rank and you can definitely get some good iit with this much rank.
