Since you did not mention which category you belong to, it will be difficult for me to tell you correctly if you will be allotted a government or private college.
The cut off for ICAR is as follows:
General 450
OBC 430
SC 365
ST 310
The cut off marks is decided based on the students appearing the exam. Admission cutoff score can go higher depending on the number of students appearing for the exam.

You have not mentioned your category so it is difficult to say because it also depends on your category. I am not sure about government colleges but you could have chances in private colleges for sure. In ICAR 2020 if you score over 300 for general, over 280 for OBC and over 240 for SC/ST then you can get government colleges but don't worry you could get chance even in the mop up rounds so just stay updated.
